Information and purpose
We use your name, reply method, contact and practice area to respond and explain consultation timing, arrangements and fees. A message and convenient contact time are optional. We also record language, referring site, submission and consent times, notice version and processing status. We do not use this information for marketing messages or public case stories.
Please omit ID or passport numbers, health information, criminal records, other parties’ names and detailed case documents. We will explain separately how to share any necessary documents.
Retention and deletion
General inquiries have a maximum 365-day retention period from receipt; test inquiries have seven days. We delete earlier when the purpose is fulfilled or on a verified deletion or consent-withdrawal request. Expired records are deleted automatically each day and also when intake or administrative functions are accessed. Engagement files and legally required records are handled under separate retention rules.
Administrator deletion removes the record from the operating database. The current free plan does not provide customer-restorable daily backups. This does not mean the provider keeps no disaster-recovery copies or security logs. Provider-side residual data is subject to its contractual deletion terms; the office also handles necessary deletion requests.
Processors and international transfers
Online submission requires separate consent to the international transfers below. You may decline and call the office to discuss consultation arrangements instead.

- The information and submission, consent and status records described above. Processing is entrusted for inquiry storage, review and response; general inquiries have a maximum 365-day retention period.
Tokyo is the primary storage location. The provider’s contract permits exceptions needed for service delivery, support or legal obligations; this is not a guarantee that all technical processing occurs only in Japan. The office does not send inquiry text to provider support tickets or AI features.
Administrative email alerts
Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., United States; privacy@resend.com) sends a reference and administrator link to the office when an inquiry is received. Alerts contain no client name, contact details or message. Sending and storage are processed in the United States; delivery-record retention and deletion follow the provider’s contractual terms.
Website delivery and security
OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide the website, administrator authentication and abuse prevention. Your name, contact and message are sent directly from your browser to Tokyo storage and are not saved in the website server’s inquiry database. Website access may involve technical information such as IP addresses and security cookies. Office-managed rate-limit records use cryptographic values instead of raw IP addresses.
